the noise in the BG works great as a snowstorm kind of feeling. as for feedback, i'd work on the beat some more. the fast repeating note in the beginning (twice) works great.

My feedback is use more preverb. Preverb on drums, piano, leads, sub, put preverb on the master my dude because god damn is that a cool effect
